My name is Kelli Shallal, I’m a Phoenix, Arizona based Functional and Integrative Medicine Registered Dietitian with a Masters of Public Health in Nutrition from LLU. I am also a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal trainer. In addition, I’m mom of 3 kids five and under, a coffee addict, and on the weekend I love my cocktails.
