Hi Friends! Happy Monday, today is going to be a short post because I slacked off a bit last night. I was going to call it a night but then Mr. Hungry and me end up talking about all kinds of stuff and then watching a movie. I'm more tired than I would like for a Monday but it was worth to actually have some quality time with my hubby! Since my schedule is so crazy, we almost never have more time than 5 minutes or texts to just talk. Just like we almost never have time to go out, but last weekend we went to Top Golf with our friends and we had so much fun! We always pick up a ton of golf tips for seniors - mainly due to that being the general demographic there most of the time, and everyone always being so friendly!
Basically it's a driving range, but with food and alcohol at your finger tips. Like this amazingness..
I stuck with my rule of thirds, okay almost. I got a bunless turkey burger with sweet potato fries and a few alcoholic beverages. I definitely drank more than I anticipated, but I wasn't hung over so that's good! I was pretty tired though so I ended up just walking the pup instead of going on a run. I did, however, make a Starbucks stop while Mr. Hungry and I were out doing errands. Grande Unsweetened starbucks double shot.... so good.....
Workout Schedule
Sunday- I was suppose to run, but I ended up just walking the pup 3 miles instead.
Monday- Walk Pup 1 hour & exercises
Tuesday- Run 2 Miles
Wednesday - Walk Pup & Strength Train
Thursday- Run 3 Miles
Friday - Strength Train (before work)
Saturday - Strength Train (before work)
