I’m loving this weeks salad combination, which is similar to so many other weeks but I don’t care I’ll never get sick of it. Plus it takes 5 minutes to make and throw in a lunch box so that’s a double win!
Start with some salad greens
Add in:
– 2-3 chopped dates
– 2-3 chopped larged strawberries
– sprinkle of goat cheese
Add in some protein:
– 2-3 ounces of deli turkey or chopped chicken
– 1/2 to 1 slice of uncured peppered turkey bacon
Don’t forget the dressing! I’ve been using Walden Farms Balsamic Vinaigrette.
I also threw in the lunch box some carrots and a banana
Delicious lunch in 5 minutes flat!
