Super easy sheet pan steak fajitas are a quick healthy one-dish meal made in no time with little cleanup! Paleo, Gluten and Dairy Free!
Hi, friends! Happy day after New Year! How many of you have today off? Mr. Hungry does which is really nice! Today I’m excited to introduce to you a new series.
Since we finally wrapped up the 52 Weeks to 52 Healthy Habits series I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out what kind of Monday theme you guys would like the most. I don’t know why Monday has to have a theme, but go with it!
I started thinking about how much I HATE dishes. Of all the things on my to-do list, those are just the one thing I don’t want to do.
Unfortunately, I’m a food blogger, food hoarder, and avid cook so I have a ton of dishes ALL THE TIME. Then, I remembered on the reader survey so many of you were interested in quick meals.
The requests ranged from paleo to vegan, but almost every one of you guys who answered wanted quick meals! Eurkea! ONE DISH MONDAYS!
One dish Mondays will range from sheet pan meals like this one, to skillet meals, crockpot recipes, and anything else I can think of that gives you a meal with the least amount of dishes possible! Genius right?
What about the weekend recaps? You guys were split on that but most of you said you could do without them. I’ll still keep them on from time to time, but if you are interested in daily nonsense and fun, definitely find me on snapchat (hungryhobbyrd).
