Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

Super easy sheet pan steak fajitas are a quick healthy one-dish meal made in no time with little cleanup!  Paleo, Gluten and Dairy Free!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Line a baking sheet with heavy duty foil and grease with oil. 
  • Add avocado oil, bell pepper strips and steak strips to a large zip lock bag.  Add seasonings to the bag and shake to coat steak and veggies with seasonings.  
  • Spread bell peppers and steak evenly over the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until steak is done.  
  • Serve with super spicy guacamole and your favorite salsa.
