Hi Friends! I’ve got a crazy workout for you that my friend Brandon helped me put together and said I could share with you guys, it’s a good one! You will literally just complete from start to finish, so 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest of each exercise followed by the cardio (up to 3 times) , rest two minutes and then move onto the next block!

I cannot do explosive push ups. Like hula hooping, it just doesn't work for me, lol
