Hi Friends!
Today’s post is going to be a bit short, it’s another busy one! I’m just popping in to share this delicious hummus recipe and my latest post on the Formulx Blog! You know what I love about making hummus? There is really only one essential ingredient: chickpeas. That pretty much means the flavor possibilities are potentially endless.
This recipe is kind of like yesterday’s Spicy Farmbox Stir Fry, it was inspired by the tons and tons of green onion I got in the last farm box. Until making this last week it had been at least a month since the last time I made hummus which is way too long.
Mr. Hungry loves garlic and green onions, and I had plenty from the most recent farm box so I decided to throw it all together in the food processor and see what happened. Luckily, it came out great, we both really loved it! Per usual it only lasted about 4 days until it was all gone, but I suspect it would be good for at least a week.
I can’t believe tomorrow it’s already time to pick up another farm box tomorrow! I got an email updating me on the contents and I’m pretty excited for some delicious farm fresh produce to inspire more random recipes. Hope you enjoy the hummus, let me know if you try it!

Even slight dehydration can affect performance as well as mood, energy level and digestion. Heads up to Women, hormone levels can affect water retention making you more susceptible to dehydration at certain points in your cycle. This looks so good! I have never thought of combining green onions and garlic in hummus… right now I’m on a plain garlic kick, isn’t that weird?

That’s so good for you! My “babysitter” when I was little use to eat plain garlic… needless to say she smelled kind of like… garlic ha ha! So Not weird as long as you’ve got a toothbrush, mouthwash, mints and gum!
