Ingredients

large or 2 medium green onions

clove
garlic

parsley

can chickpeas
rinsed and drained

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth.
Chill for an hour and then serve with your favorite veggies, pita chips, or spread onto a sandwich.
If desired, garnish with slivered almonds or your favorite other nut.
