Since last week the recipe redux was on Friday so I’m doing the Friday Fitness Review today! Today is going to be a day of getting my stuff and to do list straight since I was gone Wednesday through Sunday for the Idea World Convention and Blogfest. Don’t worry, I’ve got a recap coming soon! I’ve got to get moving so let’s do this!

- Saturday (7/22) – WOW workout with Todd Durkin and Zumba

I just found out I might not be able to breastfeed because of one of the medications I am on… I’m a bit upset about this for more than just one reason.
On a more positive note, I can’t wait to hear about Blogfest!

That totally sucks, I would feel the same way. I have the same fear when that some day rolls around for me, but then I remember I wasn’t breastfed. The MOST important thing is that the baby feels love and cared for, which he/she will because they are going to have the best mama ever that fought so hard to get them here!
