It's Friday! TGIF!

Ostrim Jerky

Ostrim makes four or five jerky sticks that are SUPER clean with hardly any processing (other flavors in their line have the normal bad stuff like nitrates and phosphates, but the applewood turkey, maple brown sugar and sweet/spicy beef/elk sticks are SUPER clean)!  Great quick and easy snack I recommend to my clients all the time and have been noshing on myself. Hello 15grams of protein and 1gram of sugar!

TJ's French Vanilla Coffee

Flavored coffee can be hit or miss, tend to be super acidity but this one is just right 🙂
