Happy Friday Friends! Today I’ve got a really fun post for you, especially if you are looking for a gift for your foodie friend? Try one of these!

NatureBox
I recently got the chance to try a 3 month subscription to Naturebox. So far I’ve tried one month and it was a huge hit in my house!
My absolute favorite were the sirracha cashews and jalapeno cashews which I’ve been putting in my salad. Paul finished off his cowboy mix in one sitting!
Nourish Snacks
Nourish snacks were introduced to me at FNCE this year and it’s another good one! I love the coconut chewy bar the best but they have tons of snack options! You can give a one month, three month, or six month subscription to a 20 snack variety giftbox which is pretty cool!
Kauai Coffee
I’ve always wanted to get a subscription to Kauai Coffee since we visited there for our honeymoon. Their plantation is so cool, totally US, pesticide free and produces delicious tasting coffee! I want to go back and get some but since I can’t I’m considering finally getting a membership because I really loved their coffee!
Mistobox
To be honest Mistobox is not one that I’ve tried but I have heard so many good things about it I decided to include it just in case you hadn’t heard about it! In a nutshell you sign up for a subscription to receive the highest quality gourmet coffees from around the world monthly.
Bulletproof Coffee Starter Kit
I threw this bulletproof coffee kit in there because I’ve been talking about it a lot with the other dietitian at the gym. I think it would be a fun gift for a serious weight lifter or someone who is adventurous with their diet!
Lifetime D.TOX Program
I know it sounds like a weird foodie gift but I can definitely think of a few friends that I know would love to do this program and would love to get it for Christmas! It’s honestly the most scientifically sound and real food based detox programs I have ever seen.
Basically Lifetime’s DTOX Program is a whole foods based program that comes with all the necessary components to help support detoxifying the body. However, during this detox program instead of drinking 5 fasting juices a day, you eat REAL whole foods in addition to the nutrients and shakes provided in the kit. The program allows you to avoid allergens and potentially inflammatory foods such as sugar, gluten, soy, and dairy for the 14 days. Instead those foods are replaced with as many whole unprocessed foods as possible for 14 days. There is a great deal of research behind the program which you can find at the bottom of this link. I’m still working through all the research but I plan to be doing this in January and would love if some of you guys would do it with me!
Two ways to save on the kit- use this link to get 10% regardless of whether you are a Lifetime Member.
If you are a member, login to your account and add it to autoship using trainer code 157638, this will get you 20% off. You can just delete it from your autoship after you receive it!
That’s it for me have a great Friday!
