Here is the deal, gone are the days when you can wear an old t-shirt and shorts to the gym. I remember in college we all wore sorority shirts or old high school shirts and soffees to the gym. Nowadays, people be like “why is she going out in that?” Those clothes are now reserved for the one time every 10 years I might do an art project or paint something. So, for those of you with a fitness fanatic in your life or if you are looking for something to ask for here are some ideas!

Sports Bra
Up until recently, I never needed a good sports bra. When I started to gain weight in my boobs from getting my hormones back, my old spandex sports bras aren’t quite giving me the support I need anymore. I swear it’s not a weird gift, good sports bras are like leggings, expensive! I love Lorna Janes lines – they won’t let me upload pictures from their site so here is a few of my favorites:
