First of all, I have to say thank you so much for all your comments, emails, and messages of love and support over the weekend. It meant the world to me to hear your stories and your words. In the future hope that I can be there for someone else as you all were for me. Life goes on, but I won’t forget.
Now for the BIIIIIIIGGGGGGG Hungry Hobby announcement!
As you guys know I’ve been working on a SUPER special project for a while now, and I’m so excited we are up and running. Now it’s finally time to tell you about my special project!
What to Eat? Meal Plans!
I’m planning to share a little bit more about my healthy eating story when it get’s closer to the New Year. But, I think it’s important for you to know why I started Hungry Hobby, heck why I became a Dietitian. I grew up eating fast food or fried food almost every day. I didn’t even know what a real green bean looked like till I was 21. Needless to say, when I started learning to cook, it was a disaster. I failed a lot before I became good at it, especially recipe creation (just being real!) I started Hungry Hobby because it was all so new to me, I just wanted to share what I was learning and what I was doing. I was hoping to make it easier for someone else who wanted to learn too. Today, Hungry Hobby has significantly grown and I’m so thankful for that. I have a huge collection of gluten-free recipes that don’t take your whole life to prepare, a healthy habits e-course and tons of health tips. But, it’s become abundantly clear to me that posting recipes isn’t enough. In the chaos of life, we all need a way to make staying or getting on track a lot easier. Sometimes we need a way to make healthy eating go on auto-piolet.
The number one thing I hear from clients, friends, family, readers and pretty much everyone?
Just tell me what to eat and I’ll eat it.
So, if you want to make healthy eating convenient and affordable, What to Eat? Meal Plans are perfect for you!
It’s no secret that figuring out what to eat can be a pain in the you know what. Sure, it’s easy if you want to eating boring food every week (plain chicken, brown rice, and broccoli for every meal?). What if you want healthy meals that taste good? What if you want a little bit of variety in your week? Then you have spend time finding a new recipe to try, planning meals, and making a shopping list. After all that, you’ve got to come home and do some prep or make it throughout the week. Frankly, healthy eating can be time consuming and cumbersome, which is why it’s so hard for a lot of people to stick to it. Not anymore! I’m making your life just a little bit easier.
Here is a little intro to what the plans will look like:

As mentioned in the video there will be standard healthy meal plans (all gluten-free or with tested great gluten-free modifications) available on a subscription basis as well as custom meal plans purchased in packages.
I’m so excited to launch these meal plans for the New Year! My clients and readers have been asking for meal plans for ages, and now I’m finally able to bring them to you guys now! Many of you are looking for something super easy that will help you jumpstart your healthy eating goals this New Year, this is the perfect option to help you do that!
