Food
I shared most of what I’ve been eating in Wednesday’s post! Honestly, I wasn’t that thrilled with anything I ate this week. I’m not totally sure why but I felt kind of blah about my meals which doesn’t usually happen to me. I think it’s probably due to lack of variety – top 8 elimination diet has started to get to me.
Luckily this week I added back in fish with no problem and I’m now onto almonds! So naturally, I bought a special almond treat at Sprouts yesterday!
I mean I had to, they went to the trouble of using allergy-friendly Enjoy Life chocolate. I couldn’t pass it up!
Also, I probably should have mentioned this sooner but I’ve been obsessed with coconut butter. Have you tried it? Not coconut oil, coconut butter. It’s DELICIOUS! Between that and sun butter I’m getting in all the healthy fats!
Fitness
I finish up the Post Baby Bod program this week! I am planning on doing a review for you guys and a little postpartum fitness update. Overall, I did really like the program but I’m not sure if I’m going to buy her advanced program, sign up for something like Aaptiv, do Orange Theory workouts on Reddit (since we have both a rower and a treadmill), or my own thing. There are so many options for at home workouts nowadays!

Let’s kick off this Friday with a reminder I know I can’t hear enough.
After watching this I started thinking about the ways that I could serve others more intentionally. I’ve done a lot of work cutting out the negative influences from my life, but I know that I’m not always the most positive uplifting energetic influence on others.
It’s easy to complain to get into the habit of complaining! Sadly, I haven’t given much thought to Lent this year (#survivalmode with a baby under 6 months) but for the rest of lent that is what I will be working on!
