Fitness
On Tuesday of this week my doctor suggested modified bed rest, or in her words, “slow down, as much as possible.” I will explain more in my pregnancy update, it’s mostly just a precaution. So far I’m enjoying sleeping in while Mr. Hungry takes Nala for a morning walk.
Friday (8/3) – At home strength workout
Saturday (8/4) – Walk Nala 3 Miles
Sunday (8/5) – Off
Monday (8/6)
Tuesday – Thursday – Modified Bed Rest
Food
This last week was the best week ever when it came to eating out, food actually tastes REALLY REALLY good. But by far, the best thing I ate was this Thrifty animal cookie ice cream:
We also got the food for the baby shower squared away! Since Mr. Hungry is half Chaldean we thought it would be fun to do Middle Eastern food! We ordered from Gyro Express in Chandler, but of course, we had to test it out first!
Of course, what kind of week would it be if I didn’t have Chipotle?
Mr. Hungry talked me into In and Out over the weekend as well.
This isn’t the prettiest photo, but I’ve also been doing a ton of smoothies this week!
