Happy TGIF!
Hello friends! Yesterday Mr. Hungry turned the BIG 3-0, cray cray that means I’m right around the corner. We didn’t go out anywhere because his Grandma has the flu and has been staying with us till she gets better. However, he did still get his apps ins!
Fitness
Same old workouts BUT I’m turning a corner in my treatment. The pain in my buttocks and leg is significantly reduced when sitting, it’s centralized itself to the lower SI joint. While having that sucks, I’m actually kind of excited. Last time I was able to kick this sitting issue this is exactly what happened. As my doctor at Trimotus says, centralized pain is better than peripheral pain and I agree! With healing on the horizon, I’m being extra careful, sticking to mostly upper body workouts. I definitely don’t want to piss anything off ya know? So still walking the dog every day to get to 10,000 steps then doing upper body workouts. I’m bored with my workouts for sure but also, thankful, if that makes any sense?

Food
Yesterday I woke up and wanted an RX Bar for breakfast so that’s what I had with a giant scoop of collagen in my coffee.
Around 11:30 pm I came home for a doctors appointment and had 2.5 5 ingredient egg muffins (coming soon!).
Followed by a handful of this stuff from Trader Joe’s, yum so good! Definitely qualifies as a favorite of the week too! (sesame seeds for the second half of seed cycling)
I was still pretty snacky so I decided to try a scoop of UCAN to help me beat the snackiness and my afternoon slump!
Worked pretty well although I did get hungry around 2:15 pm and had a seed cycling friendly pumpkin seed bar, recipe to come soon. OMG these are sooooo good. And only five ingredients, I’m on a roll with that!
I snacked on some Trader Joe’s Turkey jerky after running some errands and then had a huge bowl of roasted Brussel sprouts and butternuts quash with chicken sausage.
Then I helped Mr. Hungry with some of his birthday brownies! Sorry, it got too dark for photos! 🙂

I ate an entire (giant) bag of lime popcorn in 36 hours (SO GOOD) and then Rhythm tahini kale chips and then salsa and then a pb cup. Can you tell Alex isn’t home?
