Went on long long long walks with the pup and the fam pretty much every day knocked out 3-4 miles. Of course, I’d rather be killing high-intensity workouts but I’m grateful to even be able to walk! The issue with my other hip seems to be totally gone after switching back to my old shoes so now I’m just focusing on rehabbing whatever it is that is causing the sitting issue? Back, hamstring, pelvic floor? Who cares as long as it goes away right?

Food
I finally started to clean up my diet yesterday and that felt good. Too many days eating too many sweets coupled with not enough sweating was starting to get to me! I didn’t do a great job recording but here is what I ate:
Daves Killer Bread Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with peanut butter and butter. Plus of course, coffee and collagen!
Two Flaxseed Energy Balls for seed cycling
One Maple Hill Creamery Yogurt
We went for an early dinner at Perfect Pear where I got a huge salad!

We have a REAL fireplace in our new house! It’s definitely been one of my favorite things!
