Hey Friends! Minimal posting this week because I’m desperately studying to get my Personal Training Cert done so it can stop hanging over my head!
Something I’ve been snacking on… kind of a lot…. maybe too much…. awww test stress… peanut butter protein fudge man it may look unimpressive but it is delicious!
Ingredients:
- 2 big spoonfuls of Earth Balance Coconut Peanut Butter
- 2 big spoonfuls of coconut oil
- 1 heaping scoop of protein
Directions:
- melt coconut oil and peanut butter together
- mix in heaping scoop of protein
- freeze for one hour
- break into pieces and enjoy 🙂
