Preheat oven to 375F and grease a 8 x 8 baking dish.
Mix oats with spices and ground flax.
2 cups rolled oats, ¼ cup ground flax, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, ⅛ teaspoon cloves, ⅛ teaspoon ginger
Add milk, egg, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to the bowl. Mix to combine well.
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 large egg, 2 teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ cup maple syrup, 1 cup shredded carrots, ⅓ cup walnuts, ⅓ cup raisins
Fold in raisins, walnuts, and shredded carrots.
Pour the mixture into the dish and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until set and golden brown on the edges.
Allow to cool, top with cream cheese mixture and serve!
