Mon (1/25) OFF—> chiro appointment
Tues (1/26) Workout 1 Winter Shape Up 38 Minutes
Wed (1/27) 3 Mile EASY Run
Thurs (1/28) Super Modified Workout 1
OH Press only, unweighted squats (2 rounds), plyo changed to burpees, skaters, mountain climbers only 2 rounds
& Visit to Dr. K—> #bigbaby
