Hi, Friends! First up let’s do a little recap of yesterday, 2008 blog style! I want to know why I didn’t think of fish tail braids earlier this summer instead of throwing my hair in a bun and calling it good when it’s 100 + out…
Also, this epic egg sandwich happened with Daves Killer Bread, 1/2 slice cheddar, 1 slice uncured natural ham, 1 omega 3 egg and a smear of laughing cow. Sometimes you just gotta put an egg on it, aimiright?
Then the cookie ball that motivated me to force myself to go to the gym (I put up this video on facebook about finding motivation to go to the gym if you are interested! I’ve been checking in for facebook lives all of twice now, be sure to like Hungry Hobby and turn on notifications so we can chat!).
Which was terrible because it was so. freaking. hot. but as always I’m glad I pushed through!
Today is a short post because I’m blogging over at Real Food Outlaws with a tip for balancing those lovely female hormones!
Hormones a mess?
Sadly, most women do not even know when their hormone balance is off. They assume symptoms of PMS, hot flashes, or irregular periods are a normal part of being a woman.

I LOVED this article on seed cycling! I have never heard of it?! My question for you…I still don’t have a normal cycle after getting off BC, if I were to start seed cycling, what seeds should I take since I am not sure which phase I am on?

Hey! I have a similar issue I am getting ready to write about. Naturopaths typically recommend going with the moon cycles so start phase 1 on the new moon. It’s kind of weird but that’s what they say! I figure it won’t hurt anything 🙂
