These 14 healthy Halloween treats for toddlers take the tricky part out of making Halloween fun and healthy!
Hello friends! With a toddler and preschooler at home, I know it can be tricky to get into finding real food and somewhat healthy treats for Halloween. Sure my kids eat candy and will go tricker treating this year for the first time, but that doesn’t mean I need to serve them extra candy, right? I rounded up some really cute ideas from fellow food bloggers that I haven’t seen on tik tok or reels! They are so super easy, and your kids will love them!
PS I tried to gear this round up toward toddlers, but since toddlers range from ages 1-3, there is a wide range of age-appropriate foods in the category. Don’t forget to serve foods that are prepared in age-appropriate ways, like cutting up grapes. I made notes where I saw obvious offenders, but I always supervise and modify if needed! Also, these treats are “mostly healthy,” either made from real food or containing fruits/veggies or some combination. I didn’t say they were 100% healthy, but healthier and 100% fun!
PS Invest in candy eyes. If I’ve learned anything from this post and reels, you can turn anything into Halloween with candy eyes.
Happy Halloween, friends!
