Hey, friends! First up sorry I wasn’t able to post yesterday, it was a really busy day and I didn’t have much to say. Things are CRAZY for me right now as the semester winds down it also wind up. Lot’s of grading to make sure get’s done and support to give my awesome students. With spring always brings an influx of Hungry Hobby RD clients and now that I’m getting the DTFN software down I’ve taken on more clients there too. So for the next couple week’s, I’m in over my head, I know it and I’ve accepted it. Luckily, I’ve got a dinner date with my favorite lady tonight after my hot topics and mindful eating presentation I’m doing for the Arizona Nurses Association.
Fitness Recap
Friday – loved this workout!
Saturday – I did a workout with some BOSU ball stuff – it wasn’t amazing and I don’t remember it that well. I know I ended it with a treadmill workout that also kind of sucked. Meh, movement is better than no movement.
Sunday – went hiking again with Nala, thanks to my new trail running shoes no injury! I picked up a pair of Saucony Peregrines (here is the affiliate link) which I loved! They were a bit pricey but I figure they will last a long time since I don’t hike or trail run more than once a week! I did the same trail I did a few weekends ago!
Monday – off
Tuesday – this 4-mile treadmill workout I posted
Wednesday- loved this workout too! I did each circuit for 3 rounds. I also did my single leg deadlifts on the BOSU ball unweighted to avoid pissing off my shoulder.
Thursday – Off/ Chiropractor – needles in my shoulder – apparently it’s an impingement 6-12 weeks to heal
Remember what’s right for me, may not be right for you. Check with a doc before beginning any exercise routine and modify as needed, I know I do!
