High Low High
High of the week? KJ did great at preschool, even with the changes. We haven’t had any potty accidents for a week! (After literally six months of dribbling and then running to the potty.)
Low of the week? On most nights, I’m getting so little sleep I might need to tape my eyelids open or give into cosleeping for a month (before we sleep train) as I did with KJ.
Ending on a High – I chopped off maybe 6 inches (give or take) and got bangs. It happened. #diditforthegram okay no I did it because I felt like my hair was long and straggly and “witch-like looking” and I don’t want to be a witch for Halloween. I did, however, share my new locks on the gram though! (@hungryhobbyrd)
What was your high low high of the week?

NEW WTE? Meal Plan
What to Eat? Meal plan subscribers this week have some of my favorite meals from HH on their meal! Sweet potato pancakes and chili!
Speaking of meal plans, the response to my Six Week Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan has been so positive. Honestly, I’ve never had so many orders for anything within the first 24 hours of release! So exciting! I’m so excited that you guys were excited about this new meal plan available for instant download!

Food
First up, my latest Thrive Market delivery was 90% organic oats, 10% other. (Read my full review on Thrive Market here.)
Also, see that Justin’s Hazelnut Chocolate Spread? I was feeling pretty good about swapping that for the TJ’s one KJ usually eats that has 19grams of sugar per serving. Justin’s only has 8grams!
We’ve been eating Forager Project cereal on repeat, and the chocolate is my favorite! KJ is obsessed, and I feel so much better about him snacking on that than plain old cheerios or other cereal.
La Columbe Oatmilk Coffee
I grabbed these at the store to keep on hand as a great for particularly rough nights, and they did not disappoint. They were every bit as luxurious as the original (with dairy) kind!
The rest of my favorites are from my partnership with Sprout Farmers Market. These are some of my favorite items from my haul this month!
- This Field and Farmer Green Juice tastes exactly like my homemade green juice. Since there is no way I have time to make myself green juice right now, this was a delicious treat!
- Chloe’s Oatmilk Popsicle
Mr. Hungry said these aren’t just good for dairy-free. They are just really good! I agree!
Poppi
- This is the second time I’ve tried these Poppi drinks, and each time I’ve had them, I’ve felt they are uber refreshing!
Fitness
I had some calf-centered leg pain last week, so that wasn’t very fun.
But, overall, despite lack of sleep and the calf pain, I got a couple of decent workouts in! And every two weeks the E and E guide progresses, I get excited about new exercises!
This week I did jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and squat jumps for the first time in a VERY long time. The best part about it was, I used to have some incontinence issues with jacks even two years after KJ was born. I did them this time with ZERO problems, and I 100% attribute that to doing the E & E pregnancy guides, not running for 12 weeks postpartum, and following the E&E postpartum guides. (I’m an affiliate as well, for obvious reasons! You can use code hungryhobby10 to get a discount.)
Speaking of running, I’m up to two miles consistently (usually still doing intervals of walking, jogging, and some faster running but no sprinting yet.)
Mr. Hungry did let me know that it says “sweetie” and not sweatie. But I figure I could care less about that error while I’ve had so little sleep.
