Today so far I had a giant green smoothie with unsweetened canned coconut milk, pineapple, mango, collagen protein, dandy blend, and turmeric!
Sadly though, it triggered a pretty intense Asthma symptoms in both Mr. Hungry and I. Since we regularly have everything in the smoothie except pineapple and mango I’m assuming one or both of those are the culprits. Sad face. At least lunch was better…
2 scrambled eggs, 1/4 cup egg whites, 2 slices buffalo chicken. Spicy Avocado Hummus (from Costco) and bell pepper. My symptoms are still hanging around but they’ve definitely eased up a bit! It’s been a smoothie kind of week…
the one above had coconut milk, MCT oil, sunflower seed butter, yerbe mate tea, frozen berries, spinach and celery in it.
this one had similar in it but without sunflower seed butter and less coconut milk

Salmon with brown rice over salad
Pan sautéed chicken over salad with sweet potato, love me some sweet potato. However, technically this was a yam which I’ve decided I don’t like quite as much as the good old sweet potato.
That’s it! I’ve kind of cut out snacking for a while, opting for larger meals instead. As far as fitness goes I’ve honestly been taking it easier while I let my body adjust to the lack of caffeine sugar thing, still lots of walks with Nala! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
