Tuesday (9/16)- 4 Mile Run
Wednesday (9/17)– Compound Crusher & 40 Minute Walk + Chiropractor
Thursday (9/18)- 1 Mile Run, Superset (pullups + dips+ push ups) x 10- 3 rounds, Zumba
Friday (9/19)- OFF
Saturday (9/20)- Dancing at the wedding!
