Whew! TGIF amiright? I’m just popping in to share my not somewhat scattered, not enough running training regimen the last few weeks! Got a few GREAT workouts in, just not enough running. Oh well, bring on Week 5 and 6!
Friday (9/16) – Functional Biomechanics Dr. Khavari to fix my shins!
Saturday (9/17) – All better! Missed Running with the run group but did get in 5 Miles with Nala Pup!
Sunday (9/18) – Walk Nala 3 Miles Plus Ab Circuit

Wednesday (9/21) – Walk Nala 40 minutes plus ab circuit

- 15 Tricep Dips
- 24 Commandos
- 20 Straight Leg Jackknifes
- 20 Bent Leg Sit Ups
- 15 Mountain Climber Push Up combos
- 15 Straight Leg Raises 15 Hand Release Push Ups
Thursday (9/22) – OFF – walk Nala 30 minutes (travel)
Friday (9/23) – Killer Circuit – O.M.G. You guys I felt this one for DAAAAAYYYYS after I did it!
Saturday (9/24) – Off – one hour hike during Blog Brulee break
Sunday (9/25)- I convinced my roommate Liz to get up super early with me and run in the dark at Blog Brulee, I owe her big time! Then I did the following circuit:
30 seconds on 30 seconds off 12 rounds (12 minutes):
- Burpees
- Squat Jumps
- Ice Skaters
- Mountain Climbers
Monday (9/26) – Off (Pig Farm Tour)
Tuesday (9/27) – 5 Mile Run on River in Iowa
Wednesday (9/28) – Off (traveling)
Thursday (9/29) – TI Fitness HIIT & Core
