Hey Guys guess what? I’m HALFWAY through training and I’m so excited to get started! Yesterday was CRAZY busy just like every day, but so interesting and so fun. I woke up a little late my alarm was set for 5am but I woke up at 6am (okay a lot late). I still decided to see if I could get a 20 minute run in which looked kind of like this one.

Then when I went to go get ready for work I realized I left my uniform at home. Luckily I live close to the gym but it made for a bit of a stressful morning! I ate my breakfast of a protein shake, banana, and peanut butter while class started.
During lunch we had a team meeting and I was introduced to all the trainers in the department! Meanwhile I ate the same lunch I packed on Tuesday minus the apple. I didn’t want to take a picture of lunch in front of everyone so I figured I’d just use the photo I took on Tuesday. This week I took the time to prep mine and Mr. Hungry’s lunches for four days all on Sunday. For me I made salad with Mahi burgers and goat cheese (I wrapped each in saran wrap), for him I made salads with veggie burgers and he is adding in tuna the night before. I also had veggies and hummus, it is working out well!
For my afternoon snack I ate the last piece of Paleo Coconut Almond Banana Bread which held me over pretty well through Physical Therapy.
I wasn’t that hungry when I got home from Physical Therapy (going well by the way I’m able to hold a neutral pelvis) but wanted to get dinner out of the way. I made scrambled eggs and used leftover broccoli, I also ate some leftover chicken sausage in the fridge. I also snacked on some cheese while making my eggs because I was too lazy to make an omelet.
For dessert I had a sunbutter stuffed date! So delicious!
You guys, things are seriously spinning so fast I feel like I’m in a world wind. It’s good, I’m loving the staff and the clients and can’t wait to start counseling people. I have so many experiences to share with you guys too! Have a great Thursday!

I hate the treadmill so short and sweet workouts are perfect for me. After my half marathon this weekend, I plan on lifting more and doing shorter, more intense cardio workouts – so I’ll have to bookmark this one!
