Who is ready fort he weekend? I am… actually I’m just ready for my day off tomorrow, that is FOR SURE! Plus I’m looking forward to a 3.5 mile run, it’s small but it will be the longest I’ve gone in months.
Last Weekend Team Kelli killed it with this workout! Everyone put their all in and got through as much as they good for the 40 minutes after warm up and explanation, I was super proud of everyone! It totally shows it’s week 10 of the challenge, everyone is definitely stronger with way more endurance, it’s so incredible to see!
