Sirracha Hummus

Ingredients

chickpeas
drained and rinsed
½
cup
cottage cheese
or veganaise or tahini butter to make vegan
¼
cup
sirracha sauce
⅛
teaspoon
cumin
⅛
teaspoon
tumeric
1
teaspoon
lemon
¼
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Process all ingredients in a food processor until creamy and well mixed. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Garnish with smoked paprika and more sirracha! Great with veggies, chips or by the spoonful!
