cream cheese
½
cup
greek yogurt
½
cup
avocado oil mayo
1.5
cups
monterey jack cheese
or pepper jack
2
tablespoons
lime juice
¼
cup
cilantro
3
tablespoons
honey
½
can
chipotle peppers in adobo
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add cream cheese, greek yogurt, mayo, lime juice, cilantro, honey, and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce* to a food processor and blend until combined.
Mix in 1 cup of jack cheese in the mixture by hand. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish or pan. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly, and cheese on top is slightly golden brown.
Notes
Besides chips, this dip makes a perfect pairing with veggies!
