Ingredients

Instructions

  • Combine cashew butter, rolled oats, maple syrup, and protein powder in a food processor.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Using a cookie scoop, portion out balls into 2 tablespoons each.  Roll them into bites!  Store in the refrigerator for as long as the cashew butter will be good for!

Notes

If you can't find salted cashew butter (I get mine at Trader Joe's) just add ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon sea salt to the food processor. I'd start with ⅛ teaspoon, you can always add more depending on how salty you like your cookie dough! (My guess is not that much!)
Note in the video I didn't add maple syrup, totally forget and these were still delicious I didn't even notice until editing (and they were long gone by the time I was editing this video.)
