Servings 6 popsicles
Author Kelli Shallal MPH RD

Ingredients

  • 1 cup  Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2  5.3 ounce Silk Vanilla Almond Milk Yogurt Containers
  • 1.5 cups frozen tropical fruit mix or any fruit mix you want

Instructions

  • 1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.2. Blend until smooth.3. Fill each popsicle almost to the top and then insert the stick/top lid. TIP: Shake the popsicle (while holding the lid on tight) to get air bubbles to float to the top so they aren't all over your popsicle.4. Place in popsicle stand holder and freezer overnight or for 12 hours.5. It helps to run the popsicles under running water to help them slide out of their container better! (PS here is the link to the popsicle molds I bought off Amazon.)
