3 cans tuna, drained I used 7 ounce cans from Costco 12 ounces tzatziki sauce 1 cucumber half diced, half sliced 3 celery stalks diced ½ cup parsley chopped ¼ red onion diced 3 pita bread cut in half for six halves 6 romaine lettuce leaves
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl (drained tuna, tzatziki sauce, diced cucumber half, chopped parsley, and diced red onion.)
Stuff each pita half with lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, and ⅙ of the tuna mixture.
