Ingredients
For Goat Cheese Dressing:

ounces
goat cheese

tablespoon
honey
2
teaspoon
apple cider vinegar
4
tablespoons
vanilla unsweetened almond milk
For Salad:
1
apple
thinly sliced
2
dates
chopped

pieces
bacon
chopped, I used turkey, but use whatever, just make sure it's natural, uncured!

of desired greens
Instructions
For goat cheese dressing:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If you want a sweeter dressing add more honey!
For salad:
Make one salad by topping 2 cups of greens with ¼ apple, ¼ chopped dates, and 1 piece of chopped bacon.
