Sweet & Salty Salad

Ingredients

For Goat Cheese Dressing:

For Salad:

  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 2 dates chopped
  • 12 pieces bacon chopped, I used turkey, but use whatever, just make sure it's natural, uncured!
  • 8 cups of desired greens

Instructions

For goat cheese dressing:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. If you want a sweeter dressing add more honey!

For salad:

  • Make one salad by topping 2 cups of greens with ¼ apple, ¼ chopped dates, and 1 piece of chopped bacon.
