For the salad (ingredients listed for one salad):
- 8 cups greens I used romaine hearts
- 2 cups tricolor coleslaw mix cabbage, carrots, and purple cabbage
- 1 sliced apple I used a mandolin at the #2 setting
- 1 cup sweet corn
Assemble salads with 2 cups greens, ½ cup tricolor coleslaw, ¼ sliced apple, ¼ cup sweet corn, and ¼ cup crispy shredded pork.
