Yes, you can freeze it, like most things, freeze up to 3 months. You may have to reblend it after it's been frozen, though. If you don't freeze it, it will be good probably up to two weeks in the fridge. How long it's good for depends on the brand of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and how many preservatives it contains. The more preservatives, the longer it will be good. Sorry, I know, that's weird to think about, but it's true. Somewhere to from 7-14 days is the most likely.
