This healthy chocolate mug cake is the perfect healthy dessert for chocolate lovers who want a single serving cake in 90 seconds!

  •  Mix all the dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder) in a small mug or ramekin. 
  • Beat the egg white until it starts to froth.  
  • Add egg white, maple syrup, milk, and stevia drops into the mug/ramekin and stir until combined.*
  • Microwave for 60-90 seconds or until the cake is fully set (no runny parts on the top.)

Notes

*The mixture should resemble Greek yogurt consistency. Add one teaspoon of milk at a time if it's too thick. If it's too thin, add 1tsp of almond flour at a time.
