Preheat the oven to 425F, cover a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and then grease the top.
Wash broccoli (if needed) and spread it out on a cutting board. Cut large florets (too big to be eaten in one bite) in half, and leave the rest intact. Transfer to the sheet pan.
