Easy Protein Pancakes

These easy protein pancakes pack 19 grams of protein per serving without using any protein powder, just five wholesome everyday ingredients!

Instructions

  •  Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender. 
  • Cook a scant ½ cup batter in an oiled non-stick skillet or griddle on medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until slightly bubbly, flip pancake, and cook an additional 1-2 minutes. 
  • Two pancakes per serving. Serve with peanut butter and chocolate chips, optional, but oh so good!
