medium sweet potatoes cut into wedges

coconut oil

maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Toss sweet potatoes in coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon. Spread evenly across foil lined baking sheet.
Bake 10-15 minutes, toss and bake another 5-10 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
