This cabbage pizza will be your new favorite way to eat cabbage! While it's technically a low-carb pizza, it's best thought of as a delicious and affordable veggie side dish!

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil.
Slide cabbage into six even as possible pieces and arrange on the sheet pan. Brush with oil (olive oil) and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and italian seasonings.
Roast cabbage for 20-25 minutes until fork tender.
Remove cabbage from the oven and turn up to broil. Add sauce, then cheese, and toppings. Return cabbage to oven for about 5-7 minutes until cheese is melty, golden brown, and bubbly on top! Stay close so it doesn't burn!
