Baby Waffle Recipe

Instructions

  • Preheat and grease your waffle iron with oil or cooking spray.
  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
    1 cup quick oats, 1.5 teaspoon baking powder, 2 large eggs, ¼ cup almond butter, ⅓ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ¾ cup sweet potato, 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pour batter into waffle maker and cook for 7-8 minutes.
  • Remove from the waffle iron and serve immediately or cool on a cooling rack before storing.
