Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to crockpot.  Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.  You can shred the chicken at the half way point in before serving.
  • Serve in lettuce wraps, cauliflower rice, quinoa, brown rice or whole wheat pita bread. They would all be good options!

Notes

*Note- you could easily throw in whatever chopped veggies you have on hand, I think bell peppers, carrots, and potatoes would be delicious additions.  However, I was going for simple and three ingredients here!
