Equipment

Ingredients

Chimichurri Sauce

Instructions

  • Cut off any mold or discoloration from the head of cauliflower. Remove leaves from the stem of the cauliflower. Cut the stem out of the center and separate florets. Cut each cauliflower floret into 2-3 one-half-inch pieces.
    1 large head of cauliflower
  • Using your hands, toss florets with oil and seasonings—place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You will likely have to do at least 2-3 batches if you start with a large cauliflower head.
1/2 tbsp avocado oil, 1 tsp seasoned salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric
  •  Cook at 380 in a preheated air fryer for 10-12 minutes, tossing every 3-5 minutes. Florets are done when they are golden brown, fork tender, and slightly crispy.

Chimichurri Sauce

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve!
2 cups parsley, 1 cup cilantro, 1 green onion, 3 garlic cloves, minced, 1/2 cup avocado oil, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp salt

Notes

Store:  After it cools completely, stores air fryer cauliflower in an air-tight container for up to 5-7 days.
Freeze:  Freeze for up to 3 months.  You can reheat it in the microwave (it won't be as crispy) or try putting it back in the air fryer.  I hear it works, but I haven't tried it yet!
