Cut four 17 x 18 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
In each piece of foil place 1 salmon fillet, 1 huge handful green beans, and 1/2 ear of corn. Sprinkle green beans and corn with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make salmon foil packets (see video for an explanation.)
Place salmon foil packets on a baking sheet and place in the oven or grill for 30 minutes. (Cook until fish flakes easily and veggies are tender enough to eat. )
Brush salmon with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce and enjoy!

Notes
*Recipe calculated using Primal Kitchen Low Sugar Barbecue Sauce**I usually test my foil packet recipes on the grill and in the oven, but I only tested this one in the oven. That being said, I've made all these foods on the grill in foil packets before with zero issue. If you want, you can wrap the salmon individually, the green beans all together (with added oil), and corn individual (with added oil) and grill them seperately. The benefit to this is you can keep the salmon off the direct heat if needed, but I don't think it's necessary!
