plain Greek Yogurt

lemon juice

fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
Pulse parsley in
food processor
3-4 times, remove from processor and set aside.
Combine everything into food processor (except parsley) and blend until smooth.
Add in parsley, pulse until combined.
Garnish with paprika.
