High Protein Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding
large serving or 2 smaller servings

container of greek coconut yogurt
I like Trader Joe's or Siggi's, but any will work
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
or other non dairy milk
scoop chocolate protein powder
I used whey
optional toppings - banana
dark chocolate, coconut flakes, etc...
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Let sit overnight or for 12 hours (in the refrigerator) to let chia seeds swell and create the chia pudding texture.
Top with desired toppings and devour!
