  • 1 cup frozen blueberries unsweetened
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk unsweetend (or other milk)
  • 1 scoop (35g) Vanilla Formulx Recovery Protein Powder (or protein powder of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6-8 drops stevia
