Coconut Sugar Lemon Almonds {Recipe Redux}

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300F.
  • Whisk egg whites until foamy and add to almonds.
  • Add lemon juice, extract and coconut sugar to almonds (in that order).
  • Bake for 15 minutes, toss, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  • Let cool completely and store in an air tight container.
